Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Co-Founder cum Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our business development and sales strategies from inception to execution. As an integral part of our founding team, you'll leverage your entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and marketing prowess to drive our company's growth, establish partnerships, and amplify our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the founding team to define overall business strategies, set objectives, and execute plans that align with the company's vision and mission.
Business Development : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including target market analysis, customer acquisition, and retention plans.
Brand Building : Lead the development and execution of a compelling brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to resonate with our target audience.
Marketing Campaigns : Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Metrics and Analytics : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize marketing and sales efforts, ensuring maximum ROI.
Team Leadership :- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
