As Manager - Corporate Sales at Aeon Learning, you will be responsible for establishing corporate alliances and will also be responsible for expanding your regional team.

The position reports directly to the Head of Sales, and will work closely with the marketing, delivery and inside sales teams.

What you'll be responsible for-

- Forge alliances between Aeon Learning and Corporates/ Institutions

- Independently manage the entire acquisition process including Business Development, Solutioning, demo, Creating proposals etc.

- Sign up leading corporates/institutions on the Aeon Learning Platforms - Acadgild.com, Avagmah.com

- Cultivate relationships with top management at corporates/govt. institutions/academic institutes- including but not limited to CHROs, HRBPs, L&D Heads and Business Heads.

- Assess corporate/institution needs and develop customised solutions

What you'll need-

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- 4-5 years of relevant business development experience and demonstrated success in developing partnerships and alliances with senior HR leaders in various industry verticals.

- Quick learner, adapt to dynamic business environment

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Open mindset to take-up additional responsibilities in the interest of the organization and team
