AEON Credit Service - Regional Head - Sales - NBFC/Loan Services (8-12 yrs)
The role of Regional head will be to expand the customer base and achieve sales quota in that region.
Accountability:
1. Managing sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate-set goals.
2. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
3. Support sales team with day-to-day dealers operation.
4. Evaluate dealers and individual performances.
5. Report on regional sales results.
6. Forecast quarterly and annual profits of the region.
7. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
8. Prepare and review the annual budget for the region.
9. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
10. Must have good exposure in Loan industry (Consumer, Personal, Two/Four wheeler)
