AEON Credit Service - Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development (7-12 yrs)
Business Development - Asst. Manager/ Manager
1. To identify, strategize, plan and manage the insurance business for the organization in lined with the organization's Objectives.
2. To plan, implement and manage the product mix pertaining to the financial / insurance insurance business.
3. To negotiate and transact with different providers to meet the business needs.
4. End to end vendor management pertaining to the financial / insurance business
5. To build and maintain commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients.
6. To maintain extensive knowledge of current market condition and competitions by mean of research and surveys.
7. To suggest changes and take initiatives for continuous process improvement.
8. To bring awareness on the business and products to both internal and external customers.
9. Training and mentoring of the team.
10. To Plan, New product launch/ Online/ Digital campaigns.
Educational Qualifications and Experience :
1. MBA from Tier 2 / 3 Institute
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to bring innovation and take initiatives
6. Pragmatic and result oriented
