Aegon Life - Regional Manager - Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Key Purpose :
STRATEGIC :
- Business Development for lead generation through various avenues like SME/MSME associations, Small corporates/Plant locations worksite, different employee clusters such as Defence, Railways etc.
- Conceptualize, Execute & manage various Lead generation campaigns for clusters identified.
- Ensure delivery of lead plan for BDM- s/RM's mapped to each location is met and effectively executed.
FINANCIAL :
- 100% achievement of lead plan for the cluster.
- Adherence of tight controls over lead cost and management of all the lead generation activities within the allocated budget for the zone.
PROCESS :
- Create a robust tracking mechanism for Campaigns.
- To manage Corporate Worksites/events with various SME associations.
- To ensure tracking of lead generated through various campaigns.
PEOPLE :
- Work closely with the Sales and trainers team for various lead generation activities.
- Work closely with functions such as Finance, Compliance etc. to ensure onboarding and facilitation of associations/clusters etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Agree on the lead plan for the location with respective stake holders and ensure the same is met with innovative lead generation campaigns.
- Drive the sales teams to collect maximum lead per activity campaign.
- Drive sales team to meet maximum leads and closures.
- Constant feedback and course correction mechanisms need to be built in to ameliorate after every campaign.
- Monitor and track renewal performance / persistency by channel and provide inputs to increase / optimize performance.
- To manage lead generation for multiple locations through effective team management.
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE :
- Should be good at business development and relationship management.
- Should have experience in campaign management and execution.
- Should have some experience in dealing with MSME's and small corporates.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and achieve results
- Proactive approach to handle situations and find required solutions.
- Good computer knowledge (E.g. advanced knowledge of MS Office)

- Ability to build good working peer-level relationship across functions.
- Ability to participate in effective and efficient implementation of new processes.

Qualification
- MBA preferred.
