Aegon Life - Business Development Manager (4-8 yrs)
KEY PURPOSE :
- To recruit & develop a team of Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales & Distribution Key Performance Indicators and volume targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.
- Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.
- Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of Aegon Life products into specified target segments.
- Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.
- Assist the Trainer to ensure certification within prescribed Service Level Agreements.

PROFILE :
- Graduate with 4 - 7 years of experience in Banking & financial services.
