Aegis School of Business - Admission Counsellor (0-3 yrs)
To take the students education level, work history, personality, interests and skills into account and suggest courses that match his or her background and abilities. The goal will be to suggest students the best course to involve in as per the student's ability.
Job Description and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
1. Driving inquiries and admissions for the on-campus and online programs in the Data Science & Cyber Security field.
2. Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with leads until the enrolment in the program.
3. Advising professionals via call, email, or in-person and suggesting the best course as per their needs and schedule.
4. Updating and maintaining MIS reports.
5. Coordinating with the marketing team to fine-tune marketing plans related to admissions.
6. Understanding an applicant's background, conducting research, identifying & suggesting programs/Universities relevant to the applicant's strengths and goals.
7. Reviewing all written application materials, including but not limited to essays, application forms, and resumes to ensure consistency.
8. Keeping participants informed about the processes of admissions via webinars, mailers, etc.
9. Respond to student questions pertaining to career development, exploration and placement procedures & opportunities.
