AEC Digital Solutions - Manager - Business Development (5-8 yrs)
AEC Digital Solutions LLC a leading BIM and CAD Outsourcing services provide firm with offices in United States and India. As part of our growth plans, we are currently looking for young, enthusiastic, self-motivated and independent Business Development Managers/Executives in Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry.
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
1. To carry out internet-based data mining, research as well as contacting potential & right customers to set-up calls / meetings for our Director of Sales & Marketing.
2. Ability to deeply understand and get trained on AECDSL's entire set of services and gain clear understanding of client's requirement.
3. Ability to prepare sales proposals in line with the client requirement (Email or MS Word).
4. Ability to assist sales managers, agents and teams across the globe.
5. To provide support for internal CRM and for continual generation of prospect list.
6. Generate new business for architecture and engineering services. Will be responsible for revenue target accomplishment in a territory.
7. Manage the sales process for new business opportunities in the territory
8. Leverage network and contacts to explore business, identifying target accounts, generate prospect funnel, handle the sales cycle, map accounts and close business
9. Create a plan to address the above markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/ revenue targets
10. Manage the sales process for new business opportunities in the assigned geography/accounts and be responsible for revenue target accomplishment in a territory
Ideal candidates will have:
1. Passion to generate new business and manage existing accounts.
2. Ability to work independently through the sales process.
3. Should be familiar with AEC industry and willing to learn technology and services offered by AECDSL.
4. Experience in sales or project management in architecture / engineering services (e.g. BIM, structural engineering, MEP services) including cold calling, meeting with clients and making sales presentations
5. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Engineering
6. Experience across the entire sales cycle in the Outsourcing / Off-shoring business model
7. Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering. Post-Graduate with specialization in Management/ Business will be an advantage
- 5 to 8 experience in sales or project management in architecture / engineering services (e.g. BIM, structural engineering, and MEP services).
