About the job:
- As a Business development manager, you'll design, build, and scale-up M Studio's business growth.
- You'll be relentless in your effort to identify new market opportunities and own all aspects of developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation and growth marketing strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Headquartered in Noida, M Studio is one of the fastest-growing Photography & Video Production Studios in Delhi NCR.
- We work with some of the best startups and brands in India for E-commerce product shoots, creative-concept mood shoots, apparels catalog shoot, creative campaign shoots, product ads, brand commercials, in short developing picture & video content for brands marketing & promotional usage.
- We are hiring for a fresh profile so the growth opportunity is exponentially high to ones capabilities to build a sales team.
- We're pretty much a fun and progressive photography agency focusing on building a chain of studios in Delhi NCR, right now we have two studios based in Noida.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Identify new business opportunities/leads through comprehensive market research and lead generation strategies.
- Utilize online platforms, especially social media for lead generation
- Running complete cycles from first interaction with leads, deal closure, payments collection & client relations.
- Provide support and assistance to clients to resolve any issue that may arise, including coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives to expand our agency's reach and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and achieve ambitious sales goals, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email and phone, establishing meaningful connections and arranging productive meetings.
- Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations and sales pitch to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
Must have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- B2B Sales or Business Development experience of at least 1 year.
- Proven track record in business development within agency background
- Strong proficiency in identifying sales leads, lead generation strategies, and market analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and sales materials.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train team members.
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Please note this is a full-time profile & preferences would be given to candidate who is living in Noida or nearby location.
