Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Marketing to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of event experience and a good understanding of event planning and executions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Plan and Execute Events : Manage end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, seminars, and in-person events in city and outstation.

- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event logistics, including bookings, catering, and AV setup.

- Budget Management : Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards.

- Audience Engagement : Develop strategies to increase event attendance and participant engagement through digital and offline channels.

- Brand Representation : Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring the agency's brand and messaging are effectively represented.

- Content Creation : Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, agendas, and presentations for events.

- Post-Event Analysis : Gather feedback, analyze event outcomes, and prepare reports to measure success and identify improvement areas.

- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams for event promotion, speaker coordination, and content delivery.

- Travel and On-Site Coordination : Travel to event locations for on-site setup and smooth execution, ensuring all elements are in place.

- Compliance and Safety : Ensure events comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.

- Proven track record of executing successful event planning and management.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
