Adwords Specialist - Interior Design Firm (2-6 yrs)
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies aligned with client goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
Campaign Execution
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals in collaboration with creative teams.
- Implement audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and KPIs.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimize conversions.
- Use analytics tools to identify trends and insights to refine campaigns.
Client Communication & Reporting :
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, metrics, and recommendations.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review results and discuss strategies for improvement.
Staying Updated :
- Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Test and adopt new features and tools offered by Google and Meta to stay competitive.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
