Advisor - Telecaller/Telesales (0-3 yrs)
The Sales tele caller shall be responsible to handle the leads.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
- Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral.
- Doing cold calling, Identifying sales opportunities.
- Following up with customers and meeting sales targets.
- Communicating courteously with customers over the phone, email, etc.
- Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
