Advisor - Sales - Solar Product (0-4 yrs)
Role Description :
- The role holder will be responsible for building top line and customer base for the company.
- The Role Holder is expected to work on leads and ensure closure of leads in the desired stipulated time.
- This role calls for a unique combination of thoughtful analysis, creativity & interpersonal ability to manage External and Internal customers.
- Special Projects : Role holders have to be the go-to person for many key initiatives and new projects e.g. evaluating new businesses, markets, and opportunities, launching new products etc.
- Competition : Understand and track the market and local competition across all product lines. Be a resourceful, go-getting multitask, supporting central teams to make strategic decisions with correct data analysis and projecting trends.
- Role Holder must have experience of working together and collaborating with senior business stakeholders and support teams
- Role holders must strive for improvement in their own work and that of others, proactively identifying issues and opportunities
- Structured thinking, Sound financial skills
Requirement to Be Successful in this role :
- Previous experience in Managing Sales funnel to successful closure of high-value transactions.
- Following SOP for assessing site potential.
- Running price list and Handling objections.
- Should have a consultative sales approach.
- Managing customer database MIS
- Follow Sales process and timely and correct reporting.
