Advisor - Sales - NRI Banking (3-15 yrs)

Description :

- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Advisor - NRI Desk. As an Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. Your excellent interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of NRI banking, and ability to adapt to changing customer needs will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities :

- Act as the main point of contact for NRI clients, providing them with timely and accurate information about our products and services

- Assist NRI clients in opening and managing their accounts, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by NRI clients, escalating to the appropriate internal teams as needed

- Provide guidance to NRI clients on various banking transactions, including fund transfers, investments, and foreign exchange

- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and industry trends related to NRI banking, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain NRI clients, and enhance their overall banking experience

- Conduct periodic reviews of NRI client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NRI banking or wealth management

- Strong knowledge of NRI banking products and services, including NRE/NRO accounts, NRI loans, and investment options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with NRI clients and deliver exceptional customer service

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
