Advisor - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for leading and driving business expansion in a designated region. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals, and implementing strategies to secure long-term success in the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively recruit, train, and onboard financial advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in sales and client acquisition.
- Formulate and implement effective business strategies to ensure the team consistently meets sales targets and objectives.
- Provide continuous support, coaching, and performance assessments to agents to ensure they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, customer demands, and competitor performance to refine tactics and adjust strategies for sustained growth.
- Empower and guide agents to successfully engage with high-net-worth individuals, building strong and lasting client relationships to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Must have a graduation degree (mandatory requirement).
- A minimum of 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, with demonstrated success in team management and business development.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to drive a team to consistently meet business goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
