Advisor - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Insurance Advisor to drive insurance sales through key banking partnerships. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff, provide training and support, and ensure the achievement of sales targets for both life and general insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life and general insurance products to bank customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet both individual and team targets.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities by analyzing the bank's customer database.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Train bank employees on insurance products, sales processes, and techniques.
- Offer guidance and support to customers in selecting the right insurance solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performing under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
