Advisor - Sales - Insurance (2-15 yrs)

Location South India: Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai,Gulbarga,Shimoga,Hubli,Bijapur,Mysore and Goa below is the the job role:
CTC: upto 5.50 to 6 lacs pa.
Responsibility :
- Recruit and Activate advisors
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
- Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face to face or digitally.
- Review with reporting manager on a weekly basis
- Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
Experience : 6 months to 1year in BFSI or Life Insurance or anyone from sales field from other industry is also welcome
