Advisor - Sales - Insurance (0-15 yrs)
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated Freelancer Insurance Advisors to join our team and promote Life and Health Insurance products. This is a commission-based opportunity, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and earn competitive commissions of up to 45% on each sale. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation : Actively promote and sell Life and Health Insurance policies to potential clients through various channels such as referrals, phone calls, online marketing, and networking.
2. Client Consultation : Understand the needs of clients and recommend suitable life and health insurance policies that align with their requirements and financial goals.
3. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on insurance product offerings, policy terms, and market trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant advice.
4. Lead Generation : Utilize personal networks, online platforms, and community connections to generate qualified leads and potential clients.
5. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
6. Sales Target Achievement : Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. The more policies you sell, the higher your commission potential (up to 45% on sales).
7. Documentation and Paperwork : Assist clients with the insurance application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted.
8. Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, updates, and claim assistance when necessary.
9. Reporting : Maintain and update records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance reports.
Key Skills & Competencies :
1. Sales Skills : Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of converting leads into sales (previous insurance sales experience is a plus but not mandatory).
2. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products in a clear and simple manner.

Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Any graduate can apply.
Experience : Previous experience in sales, particularly in life or health insurance, is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills : Strong communication, networking, and sales skills are required.
Certification : Certification as an insurance advisor (if required by local authorities) will be an advantage, but can be obtained after joining.
Other Requirements : Must be self-disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation:
Commission-Based : Earn up to 45% commission on every policy sold, with no cap on earning potential.
