Position : Telesales - Executive
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 1-4 years
Salary : Upto 3 lacs p.a (Depending on interview)

Job Description :
- Work as a customer adviser in developing and maintaining relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails.
- Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests.
- Coordinating for test drives, car exchange, finance, insurance and accessories.
- Getting booking confirmation.
- Follow-up with the customers till the delivery.
- Good command over English & Hindi Language: Written & Spoken.
- MS Excel and Word working knowledge.
- Any Additional Language Knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Must have experience of working in Telesales with good communication skills.
