Job Description :
A Banking Sales Professional in the BFSI sector is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of banking, financial, and insurance products to customers, helping them meet their financial needs.
Responsibilities :
- Sell financial products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, mutual funds, and insurance policies.
- Identify potential customers and approach them to explain the benefits of various BFSI products.
- Provide financial advice based on customer needs and suggest appropriate banking and insurance solutions.
- Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business.
- Keep customer records and handle their inquiries or complaints.
- Stay updated on BFSI products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in BFSI sales or similar sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with customers.
- Basic knowledge of banking, insurance, and financial products.
- Target-driven and able to meet sales goals under pressure.
