Job Overview :
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our Apple (iPhone) sales team at various Poojara Group locations. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Apple products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of Apple products, features, and benefits.
- Provide personalized advice and technical guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle customer queries, offering post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with store management to ensure smooth operations and achieve collective goals.
Key Requirements :
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the technology or electronics sector.
- Passionate about Apple products and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for customers.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
