Responsibilities:

a) Develop leads of prospects interested in different Insurance products from different sources such as cold calls, referrals, net working and digital marketing

b) Establish a positive working relationship with prospective clients

c) Communicate with clients and understand their Insurance requirements

d) Advice clients on policy specifics so that they may take informed decisions on any purchases they make

e) Work with clients helping them complete the entire application process

f) Respond to all client queries and concerns

g) Co-ordinate with company to ensure all client concerns are addressed

h) Help client with claims processes as required

i) Participate in ongoing education programs on sales and insurance

Key requirements:

a) Must have good communication skills

b) Good written and verbal skills in English and Kannada

c) Must be able to explain complex issues and concepts to clients in simple language so that they can understand them fully

d) Commitment to serving clients to best levels of service

d) Adhere to guidelines and rules with respect to disclosure of all information in good faith to clients

e) Must complete and pass all required exams and qualifications for the role as specified by IRDA and the organisation
