Advisor/Head - Sales Development - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of insurance advisors. Ensure the team stays motivated and exceeds sales targets through strategic development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and recruit new agents in the designated region.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with local agents to support their professional development.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance agents' performance and success.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and recruitment, ideally in an agency environment.
- Must have a bike and a valid license for mobility.
- Preference given to local candidates who understand the regional market.
- Any graduate background is welcome.
