Advisor - Financial Sales (3-5 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Provide personalized financial counselling and debt management advice to clients, understanding their unique financial situations and goals.

2) Analyze clients' debt profiles, including credit card debt, loans, and other financial obligations, to develop tailored debt repayment plans.

3) Educate clients on effective debt management strategies, budgeting techniques, and financial goal setting to help them achieve long-term financial stability.

4) Assess clients' credit reports and guide on improving credit scores and managing debt responsibly.

5) Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive financial plans that address debt reduction, savings goals, and wealth-building strategies.

6) Recommend debt consolidation, debt restructuring, or debt settlement options when appropriate, and guide clients through the process.

7) Stay updated on industry regulations, debt management best practices, and financial products relevant to debt management and personal finance.

8) Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions,financial plans, and debt management recommendations in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirement:

1) Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.

2) Excellent English and communication.

3) Preference would be given to candidates who know the language of Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam.

4) Knowledge of Credit cards, Loans, and insurance industries.

5) Experience in the finance field related to unsecured loans preferred.

6) Experience in international processes in a BPO would be preferred.

7) Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
