Your Responsibilities will include:
- Accurate at managing emails appropriately and action inbound emails.
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Live chats call to meet and surpass customer service levels.
- Preferred experience in B2C or B2B environment.
- Ideally experience of transport or logistics in a customer service.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech Savvy (Excel, Word, Databases and Data input)
- Proficient in the use of computers.
