Advisor - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
- Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
- Typing Skills: 30 WPM w/90% accuracy
- Basic understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals
- Any undergraduate, graduate, post graduate & diploma (Diploma or degree, preferably in either computing or electrical engineering, and/or equivalent industry experience)
- Total Experience - 0-2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in the customer service or call center is preferential
- Should be above the age of 18 years

- 1+ Years of Experience Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Microsoft Operating System Issues
- 1+ Years of Experience Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Apple/android Operating System Issues
- 1+ Years of Experience with Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Mobile Devices and Their Operating Platforms (android, I Os, Windows Phone/rt)
- 1+ Years of Experience Utilizing Home Theater Systems and Gaming Consoles
- 1+ Years of Experience in A Retail Environment
