Role Objective :
To demonstrate effective store management leading to good customer service & selling skills for the organization at store.
Typical Education & Experience Requirements :
- Graduate (any)
- Atleast 3-5 years of Luxury Retail Experience
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Management :
- Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly store targets
- Category wise targets
- Responsible for achieving store KPIs
Customer Service :
- Responsible for customer delight
- Responsible for customer delight at store
- Timely sending customer feedback form for Operation Analysis
Inventory Management & Shrinkage :
- To ensure smooth inter-store stock transfers
- Responsible for shrinkage controls of the store
- Responsible for effective Internal & external audits.
SOP Adherence :
- Adherence to compliances and guidelines.
- Upkeep & Maintenance of the store as per SOP
- Maintaining hygiene & Cleanliness in line with SOP.
- Effective implementation VM & Display plan at store
- Responsible for timely submission of reports as per SOP
Marketing Initiatives :
- Coordinating with local vendor
- Effective implementation of brand communication & marketing policies
Technical Skills :
- Product Knowledge
- Influencing skill: Communication & Presentation
- Analytical skills
- Well versed with computers.
Behavioural Skills :
- Leadership skills
- Positive Attitude
