About BeyondSkool : We are an Ed-tech start-up based out of Mumbai, founded by experienced professionals who are alumni of prestigious institutes namely Kellogg and MDI and have 20+ years of experience in various industries like Banking, Telecom, Automobile and Real estate respectively, handling leadership roles across business functions. The company has been able to secure the initial round of funding on merit of the idea and the credibility of the founders and is now going to start operations from Mid-September. We are at a stage of hiring our founding team members who are entrepreneurial, passionate individuals with high interest in making a difference in the education sector.

Position: Academic Advisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Advise parents for their learning needs to propagate BeyondSkool's Mission

- Fix appointments and conduct daily demo sessions including follow up sessions

- Maintaining a daily record of all conversations

- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads generated. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration and sales closing.

- Create the need for smart Learning and advise parent to buy company's Subscription as a solution

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

QUALIFICATION: Graduation

EXPERIENCE:Minimum 6 months to 2 Years of relevant experience in Educational Sales

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


- Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Grade 1 to 8 as per existing curriculum and education policies. 


- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour

- Preferably Female candidates
