Business Development Senior Manager (m/f) - Adview Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as building up on our existing business segments. Responsibilities Identifying and onboarding relevant SUPPLY partners like direct publishers etc. Liasoning with existing partners at various levels including but not limited to operational, contractual, product level etc. Monitor the overall health of various partnerships by tracking key reports and KPI metrics Working with internal teams and lending BD support to successfully execute new projects. Mapping competition and the ecosystem to discover and assess relevant opportunities.
You influence decisions through product and sales analysis being a thought leader on all aspects of the business. Core responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our advertiser portfolio. You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth.
Our Requirements:
- 4-6 years professional experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university
- Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements, end to end
- An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company
- Team player as well as ability to work independently
- High attention to details
- Extremely organised, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
- Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
