Advids - Customer Support/Client Servicing Role (0-1 yrs)
1. Provide service to Advids.co's global clients/creators and ensure fluid communication and coordination
2. Manage timelines and quality service levels
3. Build on accounts and relationships across functions through dedicated channels
4. Complete scheduled milestone duties and manage allocated resource accordingly
5. Manage daily project duties in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner
6. Assist team members on ad-hoc client requests to meet project schedules
7. Manage multiple tasks and priorities for clients and creators
8. Proactively identify and solve obstacles that may hinder the success of a project and suggest ideal solutions
9. Communicate current status to team members and clients
10. Coordinate meetings between internal and external stakeholders
