Advertics Media - Manager - Digital Marketing (0-2 yrs)
Managing end-to-end marking execution on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
A. Plan, test, and execute marketing campaigns for Lead Gen and Conversions.
B. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS/ ROI and KPIs)
C. Focus on data-driven optimization strategies along with regular experiments and A/B test approach
D. Leverage Google Analytics and other tools that aid campaign optimization and A/B testing.
E. Take a data-driven approach to evaluate end-to-end customer behavior across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
F. Research competition and understand market potentials.
G. Work cross-functionally with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to solve problems and improve performance of marketing campaigns
Skill Set :
A. 1-2 years of experience in running marketing campaigns.
B. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital performance marketing campaigns.
C. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel with A/B tests
D. Experience with digital marketing of premium products will be an added advantage.
E. Shall have an excellent understanding of Google and Facebook for performance marketing. Exposure to other channels is a plus.
F. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (/ Google Sheet) is a must.
