Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales remotely through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential customers through various channels such as databases, social media, or networking

- Make outbound calls and send emails to engage prospective clients

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

- Present products and services, addressing customer needs and objections.

- Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable with CRM software and sales tools.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Experience:

2 plus years of experience in a similar field.
