Advarisk - Associate - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Banking and financial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target potential clientsSales and Negotiation
- Conduct B2B sales activities, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and agreements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored mortgage solutions.
Contract Closures
- Lead the end-to-end contract negotiation and closure process.
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met during the contract execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to processing Market Research
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential risks
Minimum of an MBA or CA qualification
- Experience in mortgage lending with a track record of successful sales or credit underwriting is a good to have
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and lending regulations
- Exceptional B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive revenue through the product & meet sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
