- Background in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.

- Good command over the English language. Flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet. Ability to work in a team. An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly.

- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences. 

- Organize and write supporting documents for products. Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users- understanding. Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos. Standardize content across platforms.

- Should be able to jot down minutes of meeting. Should be able to think about a procedure or product in the way that a person without technical experience would think about it. 

- Should be detail oriented. Should be able to take complex, technical information and translate it for colleagues and consumers who have nontechnical backgrounds.

- Write contents for all of our Products, draft Technical specifications, detailed client facing User manuals for ease of understanding and Minutes of meeting. Rewrite, paraphrase or write content from scratch depending on specific instructions provided in the work order.

- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone). Update website content as needed.
