POSITION TITLE : Sales and Business Development Professional
DEPARTMENT : Sales and Marketing
REPORTS TO : Director
Responsibilities Include:
- Cold Call new businesses
- Forge long-lasting relationships with new customers
- Maintain, develop and expand existing relationships with customers
- Attend and get involved in industry specific networking events
- Work efficiently with or without supervision
- Develop and maintain solid business relationships within various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each target account
- Understand each target customer's business model, map their organization and identify their unique technology requirements
- Prepare action plan for effective search of sales lead prospects and achieve pre-defined sales targets
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
- Maintain sales and activity reports in CRM
- Develop sales strategies and proposals by using client and company knowledge to evaluate potential projects and accounts and also to reactivate previous clients
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum 3 Years IT Services Business Development experience
- Must have excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Sales experience in software solutions, IT Services and IT products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization, up to and including the - C- level
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new applications
- Hands-on management style and ability to deliver without an established infrastructure
