Advansoft - Executive - Customer Service (1-5 yrs)
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain high standards of grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in handling outbound and inbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with 2 days rotational offs.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
