Advanced Voice Research Labs - Sales Development Representative (0-3 yrs)
We at Advanced Voice Research Labs are looking for high-energy, business-savvy professionals looking for a career in technology sales to help build and scale our existing Sales organization. The position requires someone with good natural sales instincts and a bias for action.
We will train you up on Sales structure and strategy, as well as the AVRL platform so that you can be successful over the course of your career at AVRL and more broadly in SaaS sales long-term.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities that fit with AVRL's target customer profile
- Develop and execute outbound email/phone campaigns with the goal of generating new qualified opportunities from cold accounts.
- Initiate sales conversations with key contacts at target companies
- Determine when to move a qualified lead down the funnel, when a lead isn't quite ready yet, and when a lead just isn't a good fit for AVRL
- Help to shape best sales practices and create replicable processes
- Use sales and marketing tools to build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, and create insightful reporting dashboards to share results and trends with the larger sales team
- Report and manage objectives and key results including pipeline generation and activity metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Walk customers through interactive demos, clearly articulating our value proposition and the uniqueness of our end to end solution
- Comfortable with web demos and working with clients from a remote location
Application Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in sales or business development
- Desire to learn, attention to detail, and - figure it out- mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacity and perseverance - unlocking a high quality opportunity can take months of contact and you will hear - no- many times along the way
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior executive level
- Self-motivated, driven, disciplined, goal-oriented, independent thinker and a team player, who will hit the ground running
