- Market scanning and identification of Potential customers
- Generating Leads and Qualifying Prospects
- Interfacing with potential customers to understand specific needs
- Co-ordinating with Head
- Sales for all Pre Sale Enquiries
- Interfacing with Head
- Sales on matters relating to Design and Fabric options
- Carrying out initial Negotiations with prospective customers

- Liaising with Process Co Ordinator's at the RO for smooth execution of orders
- Follow up with customers for realization of payments as per terms of Order
- Maintaining relationship with customers and work towards Retention of business
- Negotiate, and finalize post approval of Regional Head & Head
- Sales terms of retention of business for the first term
- Follow up with customers for Collection of payments as per terms of contract during the first term of Retention
