Advance Laminate - Project Sales Role (8-14 yrs)
1. Demonstrated the product for Architects, interior designers and HNI clients.
2. Generated direct sales from Builders, Corporate Hospitals, Factories, Educational institutions, HoReCa etc.
3. Hired, trained, motivated and advised a team of sales representatives to achieve the sales targets by setting realistic sales goals.
4. Manage Dealer / Distributors/ Architect / Builders / Contractors/Fabricators / OEM
5. Manage Reports of Sales and Marketing In the given territory
6. Collect and Submit Reports Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually to the reporting manager.
7. To become a growth partner and to achieve the Secondary sales targets.
8. He can be responsible for multiple territories.
9. He can lead a team in order to capture territory
10. He can appoint a Distributer also sub to HODs permission.
11. To do market recce and fix a meeting with Channel Partners e.g., distributors / dealers / contractors / architects / Interior designers / carpenters / building / OEM / fabricator / home owner / kitchen & wardrobe manufacturer to generate business.
12. Ideal Candidate Requirements: - Mandatory Experience in Plywood / Laminates / Adhesives / hardware Industry related field.
13. 12.Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
