- Strong industry experience, especially across USA/UAE markets.

- Must have Azure, M365 and Cybersecurity Presales experience

- Deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure, M365, Automation, network & end user security, cloud security, managed security services, security operations center, compliance & risk management.

- Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ's, supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training. etc.

- Conduct in-depth technical discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.

- Design solutions for cybersecurity offerings and managed services

- Work closely with the engineering teams to design cybersecurity solutions that address the unique needs of each customer.

- Respond to customer requests for proposals with diagram, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions.

- Experience in working with Cloud environment for MSP / IT solutions provider.

- Should be able to work in and across large geo-dispersed teams.

- Expertise in contributing towards providing detailed responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI.

- Discussions with the customers and other stakeholders to seek clarifications on RFP if required.

- Arrive at the technical proposal with the right Service design solution based on the RFP needs.

- Timely response to all requests for proposals and information requests.

- Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales/Account Owners on specific pursuits.

- Create collaterals and case studies based on offerings and work delivered by Organization, demonstrating the ability to address customers' specific business needs.

- Develop industry-specific technical whitepapers and collaterals.

- Strategic Engagements with the Tools Automation OEMs/Partners.

- Should be flexible in working hours.
