We, at Adsiduous Media, are seeking a talented Digital Lead Generation Specialist (Google, Facebook, Taboola) to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure that our campaigns effectively reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives.

Join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our digital advertising initiatives through strategic planning, precise execution, and continuous optimization.

Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop strategic plans for lead generation advertising campaigns based on marketing objectives, target audience demographics, and platform capabilities.

- Conduct research to identify relevant native advertising opportunities and trends.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Media Buying and Optimization :

- Execute media buys across platforms such as Taboola, Google, Facebook among others.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.

- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.

Budget Management:

- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

- Monitor spending and adjust allocations as needed to optimize campaign performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate overall effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Industry Research and Stay Updated:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in native advertising.

- Share insights and recommendations with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

- At least 2+ years of proven experience in digital media buying, with a focus on lead generation in the areas of insurance, healthcare, medicare, debt & loan

- Strong understanding of advertising platforms and their capabilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic design principles is a plus.
