Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads from our database and introduce them to our clients' services.

- Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and offer solutions that align with our clients' services.

- Communicate effectively with potential clients to explain the benefits of our clients' services.

- Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to close sales.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and sales in our CRM system.

- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Familiarity with the Amazon marketplace is a plus.

Education and Experience :

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field is required.
