Ads Operations Role - Digital Channel (2-7 yrs)
- This role will involve dealing with non programmatic campaigns.
- Managing End to end campaign fulfillment from getting client RO to client final billing.
- Working with ad scheduling team and ensuring campaign KPIs are met.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of business objectives, align effort.
- Have a deep understanding of Ad-tech tools like 3rd Party tools- MOAT, Neilsen, DCM, Seizmek, UTM. Ad server -DFP/ Ooyala etc. and Analytics tools ComScore/GA/Mixpanel etc.
- Troubleshooting and handling errors such as under delivery or underreporting across all platforms.
- Knowledge about multi-platform ad formats.
- We are versed with MS office tools.
- Experience in digital operations/client success.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage client escalation.
