Responsibilities :
- Planning and target setting for the teams at a branch level.
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
- Manage teams and encouraging them to generate the business.
- Ensuring good profitability of the Branch/es and planning growth both for the business and employees.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Should have at least 10+years of experience in channel sales vertical and corporate sales.
- Should have a substantial amount of work experience of Northern, Southern & Western markets.
- Should have handled both sales and operations.
- Knowledge of claims.
- Experience in team handling.
- Well versed with the GI and retail products.
