Roles and Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners.

2. Identification of potential opportunities so that sale could be derived and hence registered strong brand presence in the market.

3. Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners keeping terms clearly defined, resulting in deeper market penetration.

4. Sales Strategies : - Support to Management on defining Sales strategies.

5. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales performance - driving volumes and distribution targets for the new product category in the respective territory.

6. Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities - Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets Target Industries :

7. The primary purpose of the position is to deliver accelerated and profitable business growth Via Channel and retail Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Preference will be given to candidates from Lubricants Industry with past experience in Automotive sector.

2. Graduates with prior experience in Channel sales or distributor Sales.

3. Should have excellent relations with trade and channel partners such as existing distributors involved in lubricants, Automobiles, Tires and Battery industry.

4. Experience in hard core B2B Frontline sales category.

5. The candidates must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and Marketing efforts.

6. Candidates having relevant experience in the field with proven track record will be considered.

7. Should have experience in handling a team.

8. Full fledged In-charge of the Region and Customers who needs to act as a single stop solution internally and externally who should have clear vision how to retain existing business and customer and develop new business in time bound manner.
