Adroit Corporate Services - Manager - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
- Identifying and approach the prospective Banks for software solution and Products through personal contact/ cold call/ field work.
- Designing a marketing plan to pitch Software to various banks.
- Identifying prospective clients and fix an appointment for existing / new product discussion.
- Understanding customer needs for new products/ solutions and preparing BRD accordingly.
- Making business presentations & Demo to prospective clients.
- Negotiating and closing the orders and meeting the individual sales targets regularly.
- Handing a Team of 3-4 people and coordinating with other Managers.
- Planning monthly Targets and ensuring Targets are met.
- Helping Implementation team coordinate with Bankers at regular intervals for successful Implementation.
- Solving queries and providing support services after the sales and cross sell to existing customers.
- Payment Collection.
- Should be capable in making business Tie-Ups with different organizations for products and other services.
- Should be an MBA
- Should have IT background
- Should have experience in developing different business models.
- Should have experience in handling Tenders
