Adreno Technologies - Manager/Lead - Business Development (7-12 yrs)
Role :
1. Manage end to end sales comprising of inbound leads and outbound sales initiatives for IT services and products for International clients.
2. Plan and align the sales process/efforts to the sales targets of the team.
3. Build, groom and manage a team of 5-6 BD resources .
4. Align with the delivery team for up-selling and cross-selling solutions to the clients.
5. Manage and own pre-sales process including proposal drafting
Skills :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent resource management skills
3. Good number-crunching skills
4. Good at building and managing client relationships across US, Canada, UK, Australia and NZ.
