What we're looking for :
- We are on pace to grow 3.5X this year in revenue as compared to 3X last year and need motivated and determined PDR Associate.

- We are looking for a person who can find opportunities, nurture those opportunities, setup product demos, and directly contribute to the ARR goal for the year.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include :
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outreach and target accounts prospecting strategy.
- Own discovery conversations with target accounts and inbound leads assigned to you
- Meet or exceed PDR sourced Accepted Deal Volume (ADV) targets
- Collaborate with fellow PDRs and PDMs to develop named account lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive engagement with prospects
- Build and maintain named account lists (competitor lists and generic lists) on our CRM.
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify buying roles and decision makers, generate interest, and develop accounts
- Make a variety of touchpoints (call, email, social, etc.) on all contacts and named accounts in your assigned geography
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using our CRM
- Participate in documenting all processes in the AdPushup Sales Playbook and update as needed with your Publisher Development Manager (PDM)
- Work in collaboration with field and funnel marketing to setup meetings and engagement with prospects at regional or online marketing events
- Identify opportunities using the BANT framework and schedule product demos with the PDM and the Sales Engineer
- Enrich and mine contact details for the named accounts and inbound leads
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop targeted marketing tactics against your assigned target accounts
You Should Have :
- Street smart and get things done DNA.
- Proficiency with Linkedin and Hubspot
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem
- Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
- Ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, problem solving and organizational skills
- Understanding of complex ad tech ecosystem
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SDR or BDR role
- Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, marketing and/or sales is a plus
