1 Front-end Execution
Primarily responsible for front-end execution in Modern trade outlets in assigned geography. Ensure TOT execution in terms of visibility elements, promotion communication and planogramming as per aligned terms. Identify execution gaps and generate practical yet creative solutions to improve execution ensuring best-in-class visibility . Develop strong professional relations with store personnel of top MT stores in assigned region. Coordinate with the accounts and get details of store openings, thereby tracking organic growth
2 Deliver Business targets
Achieve/exceed sales (Primary and Secondary) and market share targets for assigned Modern Trade accounts. Independently manage small regional modern trade chains.
3 Operational Excellence
Responsible for smooth operations in assigned Modern Trade accounts. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely stock delivery and inwarding, high fill rates, stock availability on floor. Support KAM in forecasting using POS data and market insights.
4 POS Tracking & Reporting
Track POS data rigorously at a store and SKU level to identify relevant opportunities and assist MT team in planning promotions and visibility. Provide competitor and consumer insights for optimizing business strategy.
5 Product Knowledge
Provide accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to relevant external stakeholders like store personnel.
