Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic and career goals.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable MBBS programs abroad.
- Guide students through the entire application process, including form filling, personal statements, and interview preparation.
- Assist with gathering and preparing necessary documentation for applications and visas.
- Advise on tuition fees, living costs, and potential financial aid or scholarships.
- Address all inbound student queries via different channels like Phone calls, Chat, Email, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in educational counselling, specifically with international education and MBBS programs.
- In-depth knowledge of the MBBS admission process, international education systems, and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
